Um..have you tried going to church?

IME that doesn't always guarantee meeting many people who really, honestly
believe in God. At least one of the ones I used to attend as a kid was
mostly a place to be seen. It was the largest church in the city and
located in the city centre and seemed to attract a "certain sort of person"
simply for the image of the thing in many cases. Others may fare better.

i'm a single dad with one son too...he lives with his mother but i get
him pretty often

Mine's 10 and lives with me full-time, how old is yours?

They do. To be honest, I go as much as I can, but with school, work,
etc....and volunteer status....I am crashing on this day. My mom is gracious
enough to take them on the times I am unable to go. It is a small church and
this is where the whole town goes. If you miss a Sunday, they come looking for
you.

but I can ask why you've made church attendence a condition.
