Default Bodybuilding for kids !

I'm a mega-muscleman and everybody in my family has to have
mega-muscles, so I force my kids to lift weights for at least 3 hours a
day.

Because I don't like weak and fat kids.

I recommend to force your kids to lift weights, too !

More important than lifting weights is the time they spend doing family
related activities that supports the idea that a family that plays together
stays together! So, how much time do they spent in school and doing
homework? Forced body building for that many hours daily will eventually
stir up some rebellion in your children.

This poster is a troll. He's posting bizarre messages in several
