Default rhythm

no, not a schedule, a rhythm, we seem to have drifted into a rough 2 and a
half hour cycle, feed for half an hour, he plays, I pump for 5 mins per
side, we play for about an hour, then he snoozes for about an hour. If I'm
feeling human in the morning we can start the cycle at 7am and the rest of
the day is quite predictable. Later on in the day, the feeds gets a bit
closer and the naps are missed. I'm feeling much less stressed out now,
I'm starting to feel like I can cope with life again :-).

Good job! I remember when it dawned on me that
from now on, I have to do things in "windows" of
time. I'd never realized it before. But, it made
life more bearable, even if I missed the window
and Pillbug started screaming. At least, I knew
why.
