Default Do you think ADD medicine is overprescribed?

Do you think ADD medicine is overprescribed? How do they diagnose this
condition?

Can you overcome ADD through cognitive therapy, as opposed to using
prescriptive drugs?

Looking for opinions. Let me know your thoughts.
