Default Anyone tried the Sleep Sense Program?

Has anyone tried the Sleep Sense Program by Dana Obleman? I am at my wit's
end. DS, now 12 months, has been a wonderful sleeper, until about 4 weeks
ago. He goes to sleep fine, but then wakes shortly after midnight. I go in
his room and he is standing in the crib, crying. I can rock him til he
falls back to sleep, but as soon as his head hits the crib mattress, he's
up, crying. I take him to bed with me and he sleeps right through until
about 7:30 - 8:00 AM. We tried to let him cry it out, but he puked, and I
was crying just as hard as he was. I am desperate. If anyone has tried the
Sleep Sense Program, or has a method that has worked for them, please let me
know.

BTW, we did take him to the doc, he checked out fine. So there are no
apparent medical issues causing the sleep disturbance.

Thanks.

I have not tried the program but I am thinking about it. I have a 6
month old who just isn't a good sleeper. I am curious though is this
program just another cry- yourself- to-sleep deal? I just can't do
that, well actually we tried I HATED IT! I keep searching for the
perfect sleep answer, I have read so many books. I don't know what else
to do. If I try it I will let you know how it goes. Please do the same.
Thanks and Good Luck
