Kids are Worth It

I don't either, but it's because my mother always said it and it drove
me crazy. I won't use it on my kid.

I wonder if we run into less of the "life's not fair" bit than some
because we have an only child. I mean, it *does* come up, but not very
frequently. And when it does, it never works.
