Default Is the Autism Omnibus Crashing?

http://www.uscfc.uscourts.gov/OSM/Au...20Untitled.pdf

Petitioners were supposed to provide (by their own suggestion) test
cases that would show, in the first instance, how MMR and thiomersal
working in combination would cause autism. Special Masters agreed to
this arrangement and dictated that three cases would be needed. So far,
only one out of the 4,700 cases in the Omnibus can be found.

The one test case so far identified does not appear to be representative
of the class.

And, the special masters just said:

"In the event that petitioners do not promptly come forward with
additional test cases to allow us to pursue the ‘test case’ approach
described above for handling the autism cases, it appears that the
‘omnibus approach’ to the autism cases may have to be declared a failure.?
