Default UK: Missing Family Register: NOT missing persons

Hi,

I was wondering if any of you guys in the (UK) would know anything about a
contact register that is held by the UK government for lost family members?

Regards,
MP

PS. Apologies if this a bit off topic, but I heard about the above in a BBC
program that was talking about child-support at the time
