Need advice ASAP (BF & Antiobitics & C-section complication)

I had a scar infection after my unplanned c section (undiagnosed breech) and
had to take antibiotics. My baby, too, was about 1 week old. I chose to
continue breastfeeding while on the antibiotics as I figured this was better
than risking nipple confusion and eventual breast refusal. It all worked out
great. DD had hardly any diarhhoea, if at all. At that age the poos are
pretty loose anyway and I didn't see that it made her any more
uncomfortable. I didn't see any behavioural changes in her. We are still
going strong on the breastfeeding front after 11 months.

Like the others I think that it was a choice between breast milk with a
trace of antibiotic and formula and I thought that, longterm, the breast
milk was the way to go.
