update* the biting horror
Thanks for all the input and helpfuul advise, we seem to be doing a bit
better. (maybe I shouldn't use that word -bit- ) At first he seemed to be biting me for the entertainment value of my reaction, but once I got that under control, it was really only at the end of a feed. I had already been trying to get my finger in there when I suspected I was about to get chomped down on, but a couple of you said to try to pull him closer to the breast so he couldn't pull back and bite, and that really seems to be helping alot. The only time I have been bitten in the last 24 hours was when we went to bed and both nodded off, he bit me as my nipple left his mouth. Still, vast improvement!! Thanks again, I just hope this won't be an issue again when he gets the top teeth to go along with those two bottom ones.....
