CONGRESS TO BAN FLUORIDATION?

About 1000 people (as of Aug. 28) have signed the POWA petition
(http://petition.powalliance.org/) asking Congress to heed the most recent
warning of EPA scientists and immediately ban the bizarre dental practice of
injecting the cumulative poison fluoride into public drinking water...

THE FLUORIDATION/BONE CANCER STUDY...

Drinking water with the cumulative poison fluoride apparently causes
osteosarcoma (bone cancer)...

Here's why the EPA scientists issued their most recent warning...

Dr. Chester Douglass of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (a consultant
for fluoride toothpaste manufacturer Colgate) is currently under
investigation for possible ethics violation for his apparent cover-up of an
epidemiologic link between osteosarcoma and drinking "fluoridated" water
(water with the cumulative poison fluoride in it).

It was just discovered that in reporting on fluoridation Dr. Douglass did
CITE his own graduate student's (Dr. Elise Bassin's) doctoral thesis which
showed that boys drinking the cumulative poison fluoride ("fluoridated"
water) can have a 700% greater risk of developing osteosarcoma.

BUT (bizarrely)...

Dr. Douglass FAILED TO MENTION the epidemiologic link between osteosarcoma
and fluoridation.

(Osteosarcoma is a potential death sentence with the best possible outcome
being amputation of a limb - which is what caused EPA scientists to issue
their most recent warning and call for a Congressional ban.)

ALL avenues should be explored - including and ESPECIALLY reporting the
obvious crime to law enforcement.

I think a boy about to have his limb amputated because of osteosarcoma would
want EVERYONE reporting the obvious crime to law enforcement.

How obvious is the crime?

Under the common law doctrine of informed consent, administration of
medicine without consent is a crime called battery.

Even administration of GOOD medicine without consent is a crime.

The common law doctrine of informed consent is operative in ALL states.

The California Supreme Court wrote in THOR 93 C.D.O.S. 5658:

"The common law has long recognized this principle: A physician who performs
any medical procedure without the patient's consent commits a battery
irrespective of the skill or care used." [Thor at 5659]

THE FLORIDA FAUCET FRAUD: *To get around the rather obvious fact that
fluoridation is the crime of battery (medication without consent), the
Florida Supreme Court in 2002 rubberstamped the QUILES decision - the
fraudulent notion that fluoridation is not medication because Florida cities
are fluoridating FAUCETS, not bloodstreams.

KEY POINT: Even if the cumulative poison fluoride PREVENTED osteosarcoma (or
cavities^^^) - it would still be a crime to put it in the water without
everyone's consent.

^^^Research indicates that the cumulative poison fluoride - if it prevents
cavities - only prevents a few - less than one tooth surface in 128 is

THE TRIPLE KICKER (Attention Oregon Atty Genl Hardy Myers):

1. CDC now admits that the cumulative poison fluoride ("fluoridation") works
TOPICALLY - the cumulative poison fluoride doesn't even need to be in the
water. See www.fluoridealert.org. If people want the poison for their
teeth they can brush with poisoned toothpaste. (Fluoridated toothpaste is
indeed poisoned. Every tube in America carries a poison warning. To read

2. Fortunately, CDC's Agency for Toxic Substances and
Disease Registry/ATSDR "work[s] with states and other federal
agencies to prevent exposure to hazardous substances from waste sites."

3. "Fluoridation" is the hazardous substance hydrofluorosilicic acid (w/
arsenic and lead) from phosphate fertilizer waste sites/scrubbers being
injected into America's water supply. (Some municipalities are using "pure"

Oregon Atty Genl Hardy Myers: Please immediately stop the mass battery/
mass administration of medication without consent.
