library and pick up a copy of the full study and tell us all the nice

There is nothing contextually or within his bet, that supports any
conditions for his providing that study to me.

Nor even supports his claim that I have not and will not allow him to
see my request.

He started adding conditions, some impossible to respond to without
him being able to reject them as not meeting his requirement...like
envelop size, for instance.

Just get send the biggest possible one I can find, or something
similar.

Now he wishes to start setting MORE conditions. Now there is a time
limit.

Well, if I fail to send him the envelope...which of course I'm not
going to send until I know the size he requires for the report, he can
claim he didn't he didn't "see" my "request," though he most certainly
has HERE.

That he'll try to bury with time and density by number of posts, or
argue with some stupid lying tricks, as usual.
