Default crazy step-mom

This is my first time on so please bear with me. I live in the state of Ga
and my ex husband and I have been divorced for 5 years. I am the non-
custodial parent and I also pay child support, though I am not working, which
also made me fall behind. My ex husband has a six figure income and has
remarried {the woman he cheated on me with} I want to know if anyone is aware
of the step-parent rights in Ga. This woman is crazy and actually goes out of
her way to keep my children away from me....and my children are not very fond
of her, which I have just recently been told personally by them. Does anyone
know where I can get some legal advice to get the visitation amended.

The wonders of a one sided story.

Well, in any case, you need to file a Motion To Enforce Visitation. Men
have to do it all the time to their ex-wives who ran off with the guy she
cheated on him with. If you have little or no money, talk to a paralegal
about writing up the papers.

Also, most counties have semi-free legal services, depending on the county
you are in. You might want to talk to the Bar in your area and ask about
it.

Sad story indeed! This guy is JUST as much of a dirtbag as any woman who
does the same thing. So-called "child support" and parental alienation is
just as wrong regardless of the gender of the parent. You might like me if I
was the judge in your case because the outcome would be fair and proper! By
the way, how does it feel to be treated like a man?

Is he related to the dirtbag attorney general in Michigan? :-)
