Looks like the jury fell for it
Humm... I wonder if divorced men could sue for breach of contract too.
Saying she promised to be there for him (and the family) in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, till death to they part - but she wanted to divorce him and take his wallet instead of waiting for Death to show up. It does open the door for some interesting legal arguments. Has anyone heard of this happening? |
