Why? So the parent responsible for paying support can be legal deadbeats?
(moms or dads) And yes you do have both parties paying support and evading
support.

As I understand it support awards almost tripled with the Clinton
administration and the implementation of CSE and monetary kickbacks to
that organization and the very state organizations that determined CS
awards.

Not too tough to figure out why the CS awards got exorbitant.

I pay my ex $578 per month to take care of our son 40% of the time. I
don't think he costs that much, somehow.
