Social Services: Non Custodial Parent Weapon?
First time onlooker, First time poster
I have a spouse who continually uses social services and child protective services as a means to poke her nose into mine and my sons affairs. She continually calls them about alleged neglect and abuse charges yet how can she know anything about these things because she lives 1,200 miles away. None of these things that she tells social services are true, or they are extreme exaggerations of things I've told her on the phone (ie, kid gets small bruise on leg from jumping around becomes possible leg fracture neglected by father). Basically I feel that she's gonna keep throwing these agencies at me until something sticks. Is there any way that anyone knows about to disarm the SS/CPS weapon? Single Father in Kentucky |

Eventually, you may have a reason to claim that you're being harassed and that SS/CPS are being used as a pawn. 'Kate ummm....how long is eventually? I've been documenting the calls and results since the beginning. It was one of the things suggested to me right after the first call she made didn't work after the EPO (also racked with false allegations) was overturned 3 hours after she wrote it. Can it be claimed that CPS is being used as a pawn? They already know they are by their own admission to me, however I've been told that they have to investigate regardless of the red flagged already raised. |

Also.... if she is that far away, what is her reason for this? Does she want to see her kid and she isn't allowed or is she just that kind of person with to much free time? T |

Document, document and document!
