Default Pre-Nuptial Agreements

Folks,

I have recently been asked by one of our fore-ward thinking members to
find information pertaining to pre-nuptial agreements, or binding
financial agreements as they are now referred to.

Going to such lengths prior to marriage may be an uncomfortable and
sometimes stressful experience, and in the words of Paul McCartney can
be quite un-romantic, but may be well worth the effort on a number of
fronts.

In saying this, and in further part as a result of seeing my nephews
kicked out of home with nothing to their name after the death of their
mother, I have added a section on the F4E website pertaining to
Binding Financial agreements, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and
Enduring Guardianship.

I have tried to supply template forms where possible but I have not
been able to find a collection of standard Pre/Post-Nuptial agreements
or co-habitations agreements.

If anyone has such templates available, and if it is legally to
distribute, can you please email to me so that I can add it on the
site.

Cheers

Ash Patil
