Absolutely - but it's not unusual for these types to go to any length to
gain access to vulnerable children. Why one might claim to be a 'web
developer' to get access to their states most vulnerable children - then
spam them like pork sausage for sale to usenet perverts.

It's no wonder our children suffer at such disgusting rates once these
CPS monsters snatch them from their homes.
