om...
Our 15 Month year old refuses to drink anything.
Juices, Water, etc.

She will eat solids just fine. But will not drink anything.

Any ideas?

Give solids with a lot of water content, like applesauce, or watermelon.
Have you tried dripping a straw into her mouth?
Good luck...it'll pass.

Is this a new problem? Has she been drinking before? Was she recently weaned
from bottle/breast and is refusing to drink from a cup? Could she be ill? (Sore
throat? Teething? Ear infection?)

WHile the other suggestions for getting liquids into her are helpful, if it's
as hot there as it is here, she does need a fair number of fluids to stay
hydrated, and it can be tough to do that with popsicles and watermelon alone.

You do need to figure out why she isn't drinking and keep a close eye out for
signs of dehydration. (And get her to the doctor pronto if she starts to seem
dehydrated. [Dark urine, few wet diapers, listless.])
