Default Dora knit pattern

DS loves Dora the Explorer. The problem is that all her stuff is so girly.
Poor kid wanted Dora sneakers the other day. I couldn't bring myself to buy
them for him because they've got flowers all over them. I'd knit him a Dora
sweater if someone's got a pattern I could use that's not so girly. Is
there any such thing? A coworker suggested I do Boots, but DS doesn't like
Boots, he likes Dora. I just don't want to dress him so girly that he gets
into trouble at daycare with the other kids. If he were older and knew what
wearing girly clothes would mean, I would have less of an issue. I guess I
could buy him a Dora doll. He'd love it, but I kinda want to make him a
sweater, too.
