I know how you feel. I feel the same way, although mine are younger than
yours. They are so demanding all the time and sometimes it is just so
exhausting.

Hey, I missed this message the first time..."davis 8021" (sorry, I don't
have a name for you!), it's tough when you change the way things have
worked, you know? I'm sure in your mind you had the image of how nice it
would be at last to get the chance to stay home--then you get hit by kids
who are wanting to test you & figure out their boundaries in this new
environment.

When you say you're losing your mind, is it having them around all the time,
or are they misbehaving? What's your biggest problem with your new
situation? Are you missing work? I'm a SAHM mom who has one kid (girl) off
to college, 10-year-old boy/girl twins, and a 6-year old girl, so maybe I
can give you some help. I know that I absolutely went BONKERS when I was
first at home with the hordes *all by myself*. It was so scary!!! :-O
LOL! For me, it was having a period of adjustment and learning how to work
the new world to my advantage...and it still wasn't easy.

Anyway, you're not a failure; parenting is a tough job. The fact that
you're questioning your ability means you care enough to want to be the best
mom. Sometimes, though, you can't get to "best," you just have to get to
"making it through the day without putting someone's head through a wall,"
IYKWIM.
