Default Tips for sore thigh

Thigh is usually painful in the front or side part. It is often
accompanied with pain in hip and waist. This pain is affected by over
work of leg or previous symptom of rheumatic.
Calf is usually painful in back or external side shinbone. The results
can frequently become cramp or easily tired when doing the activity.

What needs avoiding from not getting pain in thigh and calf?
• Avoid forcing over activity of legs. If being forced to do, add
