Default FAO Lisa: day/night confusion

One of my nurse friends has suggested that Omega-3 deficiency may be a
cause of day/night confusion -- that it may be treated by having the nursing
mom take fish oil, or otherwise add it to her diet.

You can also get omega 3's by adding flax seed oil to your diet. This
will be in a refrigerator in the health food store. We are vegetarian
and so don't eat fish, so I add it to soup, top off pasta with it, it
could be blended into a smoothie, etc. Flax oil is very delicate, so
keep it in the refrigerator, and don't actually cook it, but add it to
things already cooked. Also they now sell eggs which are high in omega
3's because of what they feed the hens. We use those also, in whatever
usual ways you use eggs.
