This story is local to where I live. Apparently the only legitimate place
where boys can slap another person on the butt is on the football field in
front of a large crowd. Time to lock up all the rowdy football players for
being so sexually aggressive.

Both of these 13 year olds had 17 year old cell mates who totally
intimidated them while they were in jail for 5 days. Local talk radio is
all over the DA for how these boys were treated for what is considered
common practice in the crowded halls of a middle school between periods
where lots of bumping and touching occurs between the students.

The most commonly expressed opinion is to just turn these boys over to their
fathers, or a male relatives, and let the family teach them some proper
boundaries and behaviors.
