My answer will have to be a C.

He should spend life never to be released in the underground windowless
prison cell with the dimmed light to flash every hour.

He should be detained in the windowless cell for 24 hours a day, and he
should be given AliveForever medication to keep him alive while in prison.

No rehab at all, no health care access for him at all, and no visitors, not
even family at all.

All he will have in his cell are the toilet, and basin and that is it. No
bed, so he will have to sleep on the floor with no matress, and all he will
eat is bread and all he will drink is slimy prison water.

No books, no computers, no mobile phones, no education and no access to the
outside world for the entire life sentence. His world for the rest of his
life is behind 4 walls windowless and 1 door, with a dimmed light to flash
with a blue police light every hour.

Many people have reading comprehension difficulties and do not
understand how to do a poll. Maybe they are ignorant and need some
teaching. But I am glad someone understands polls and knows that I
only asked for A, B,C and D answers, nothign else.
