FAM/spotting/AF questions

DD is now 16 months old and bfs several times a day, including once
overnight, and AF hasn't made an appearance yet. I also have PCOS and take
Agnus castus (when I remember). For the past couple of weeks I've been
having minor spotting every couple of days and generally feeling like AF is
going to show up any minute. But nothing. The colour varies from red to
brown, CP is low and soft and there's little to no external CM. I'm not
temping because it hasn't worked for me in the past (where CM is usually
pretty accurate).

I've done three hpts, each a week apart and all were negative. I don't feel
pregnant but I'm wondering what's going on. Before DD, I only ever spotted
for a day or so before a full AF.

Any thoughts?

Time to see your doc. PCOS can bring quite a bit of menstrual weirdness,
not to mention your body changes quite a bit after the birth of a baby.
