LMS Medical makes no mention of the fact that semisitting and dorsal
close the birth canal up to 30%. (see below).

Same with LMS's consultant Harvard's Henry Lerner, MD...

If the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children has maternity services it
is likely that MD-obstetricians there are senselessly closing birth
canals up to 30% and senselessly KEEPING birth canals closed the
"extra" up to 30% when babies get stuck.

MD-obstetrician experts have been LYING to cover-up.

#### James, you didn't say what position your daughter was in when the baby
came out. As noted above, if she was semisitting or dorsal (most women are),
the birth canal was closed up to 30%.

If they PULLED on the baby¹s head with
your daughter semisitting or dorsal (this too is routine in shoulder
dystocia), then they KEPT the birth canal closed the "extra" up to 30% as they
pulled.

#### In other words, GRUESOME child abuse by MDs is quite common * and it is
not beyond the pale to suggest that MDs are using child protective services to
cover-up child abuse by MDs.

my daughter has been in court since June of 06 to try and get her
baby back after the DCS took it away cause of fractured ribs, bruses

about a bruse on the baby's arm and now about a break on the

daughter said to this doctor was anything wrong and she replyed no,
everything is find and the doctor never even told my daughter about
how the birth was and the baby had a broken collorbone at birth and
the judge beleives the lawyer for the baby and for the DCS here and

cover-up lies is OBs claiming they are doing everything to open the
birth canal - even as they keep the birth canal closed. This lie is
though tacit omission that in most births they are indeed closing the
birth canal the "extra" up to 30%.

and i know why the judge will not give the baby back to my daughter,
cause if he does he knows that she can sue the doctor for not doing
the right thing during the birth.

parents do sometimes harm children badly. Then again, I say again,

My wife and I both went to the
police department last month and gave a statment to a dective and he
came right out and said he nor his wife and she an RN even heard of
Shoulder Dystocia

#### Out of your heads? Don't forget: **MD-obstetricians** are out of
their heads - closing birth canals up to 30%, etc. Some babies are
"out of their heads" - they sustain brain bleeds and die because the
bizarre birth-canal-closing behavior of MD-obstetricians.

We will know more on December
11 06 when my daughter has to go back to court over this again but i
have this funny feeling tht it will either be called off or she will
loose the baby for good.

I know
there is info on websites about SD but for some reason they won't
state everything that can happen with SD and this doctor here i'm
talking about here, no one likes her at all and when a woman goes in
for a checkup, she won't let anyone else in the room with them but
she's the only doctor i have seen is like that and it looks to me she
knows she doesn't know what to do in cases like this and where did
she go to school at? i know but i bet she didn't pass all her test
