Default NPR discusses NH bill

I heard a report on NPR this morning that discussed the situation about
NCPs who have their kids in their care for a significant amount of time.
Apparently there is bill in the works to alleviate the obligation for
such NCPs, similar to the one in NY right now.

One thing they got right was the percentage of income that is usually
taken (20-25% of gross, or 40%+ of net).

They also mentioned the economist who was let go because he had been
jailed for failure to pay.
