I believe that a lot of the problems within sub Saharan Africa are
race related out of a feeling of inferiority by the black community.
They just seem unable to organize themsleves. These countires
are desperately poor despite theoretically being self sufficient in
food and huge mineral deposits. They should all be at least as
wealthy as North America. Yet they are all amongst the poorest
in the world. Sad, but a fact.
