Based on the tag line, should a wealthy child molester (or the meth dealer) get custody just because he pays child support? Yes or no is fine. You mean like a "yes" or "no" to the question "Do you still beat your wife"? No, a yes no question like the one above. Try to be honest once and tell me what you think. The question cannot be answered by "yes" or "no" except to obtain an incorrect or incomplete answer. Your attempt to force a "yes" or "no" answer without explanation is just another attempt at dishonesty. There are too many possible factors involved. If he has not been charged and found guilty, the answer would most likely be "Yes", especially if the claim was made by an angry wife and doubly so if they were involved in a divorce. I think that without a valid and proven charge, men should be just as qualified as women to have custody. In this case the guy molests children, tell the truth, should he have custody? Presupposing that he molested children based on the charge of an angry soon-to-be-ex that is hoping to limit his "visitation" time with his children to obtain a greater child support "award" or after being proven in a court of law or what, exactly. Where did the claim originate and why? I think I answered this already. The truth is, this is one of the little falsehoods divorce attorneys encourage women to use in divorce and custody cases, accusing the father of being a molester, even of his own children, or a drunk or womanizer or many other things when the fact is, he is not. The favorite is accusing him of abuse (or fear of abuse) even though there is no abuse. Judges err on the side of caution even to the point of allowing the man to be punished simply because he was accused by an angry and irrational wife, not convicted. And it works. In this case the man is a child molester, he molests children. Proven or claimed by someone with an agenda? Should he get custody just because he pays support? Why can't you be honest and answer a simple question? Because you're being typically dishonest. When you give me details, I will give you an answer. Phil #3 |
