Ancient, discredited and violent practices
On the parenting blog, EducatedParenting.com, a Ph.D in California
writes about spanking and corporal punishment and says, "It is certainly time to stop using these ancient, discredited and violent practices." He also says, "The percentage of parents of school-age children who admit to using corporal punishment hovers around 60 percent and this represents a large reduction from ten years ago."
