Child Support & Visitation

First let's call it what it really is, Child Extort. If you jump
through all the right hoops, pay ridiculous sums of money, i.e.
exchange your hard earned dollars for food stamps and sqwauller, and
dont offend the ex you might get the visitation Rights you and your
child are entitled.

Look, Visitation Rights are an unenforcable myth, the mighty carrot
they dangle while raking you over the coals. Let me guess, your
visitation schedule is some form of weekends or perhaps every other
weekend. So Friday evening when you attempt to excercise this Right
here's what can and often does happen. The mothers new dirt bag of the
month decides to get involved, the mother says the child doesnt want to
come or went to Grandmas instead, or you are invited to a domestic
disturbance where she has figured out that she can get you into a fight
with her latest live in or create an acedemy performance painting you
as the bad guy until local police arrive.

Is the Friend of the Court open on weekends so you can call them? The
local police are not going to wrestle a child from the clutches of your
tearful ex. You and your Rights are screwed pal! File four grievances,
get a hearing sometime after the New Year and the Friend of the Court
Referee, who are experts and professionals in deceptive, evasive, and
vendictive tactics will not only rush to the mothers defense at every
turn, but will also turn this State sanctioned circus into an
opportunity to attack your character, question your motives, and make
sure you are not recording this hearing as the referree unloads a
barrage of well crafted and rehearsed insults toward you.

They are a collection agency with vast and mighty powers who are
accountable to NO ONE! They create the deadbeat boogey man by
intentionally chasing fathers from gainful employment for their own job
security. The deadbeat boogey man is a valuable asset and they know
this. 'We need more power, more money to fight this evil.' When is the
last time you heard the Census Bureu 2003 report where 70% of fathers
paid $25 Billion of the alledged $37 Billion owed? Or the $4.1 Billion
incentive to States that create and collect arrearages. Thats right a
bounty/reward for creating the problem. Also 70% of the money collected
is through income with holding and tax intercepts, in other words
fathers arent exactly willingly paying for this crazy ransom-extortion
system, they are being forced to.

When they are done with fathers he cant afford an attorney or to take
the time off work to pit his meager earnings against the Billions they
have at their disposal. I have personally sat in the Friend of the
Court Office on several occassions and just watched and listened as
disgruntled father after father was made quick work of and quickly
dismissed with more questions than answers, more confused than before.
They are professionals at not providing the right information, forms,
and the art of deception and never mistake them as your Friend.
