It's just one step above a collection agent, so I guess any judge or DA
assigned to CS duty must be failures in their own legal industry.

In some states (certainly not all) judges are "appointed" by the Governor -
for life (or until they grow tired of screwing honest people out of their,
and their children and families, lives). After that, they become like a
tick, burrowing themselves self under the government's skin (as it were) and
not coming out until they done as much damage and spread their infectious
anti-family / anti-male bias to as many people as they can.
