Default DVD buffs: how to playback ultrasound DVD?

i was given a multisession dvd+rw for my ultrasound appointments.my
first session can playback with no probs. the ultrasound machine even
created a disc menu.

now after the second appointment i was expecting two menu items.
either the second did not record properly or my computer (XP) cant read
it.my computer and my tv dvd player can only see & play the first one.

opening the disc files on mycomputer i can only see files dating from
the first appointment.

how can i be sure if there if the second filming is not on the disc? is
there any recovery utility that i can use to see if there are any
incomplete recordings?

many thanks
S

It sounds like it didn't record the second session.

Download ISO Buster - start the program first then insert the disc. It
should show the content of the disc and if the second session is there you
can copy it off onto your hd.

Many standalone DVD players cannot play multi session discs - you could try
another player?

I hunted, but I couldn't find a session selector that's freeware.
There's the CDRoller and Isobuster shareware and I guess you could use
the unregistered trial versions to see if the sessions exist and
what's in them.

http://www.cdroller.com/htm/selector.htm

Thanks.
