I have what is probably a dumb question, what does it mean when recall is
"complete"?

I believe that means that if you find out too late about something, and try
to return it, if the recall has been completed, then you cannot return your
item for a refund or replacement.

I might be wrong though :-)

I would think it to mean that they have taken all of the products off of the
shelf and the recall is resolved. Also, no one would need to return the
items in question. I could be totally wrong though.

I was kind of thinking that is what it was. So the original recall must have
come out quite a while ago then.
