Of course not, because then it would prove that her expenses are far LESS
than the free cash ordered paid to her.


All of these expenses are figured out and used to determine the amount
in advance for many reasons, one of which is the difficulty in
accounting for every dollar spent with kids every month.

What if that guy was an unrepentant wife beater and child abuser? He has
plenty of cash for support but has been arrested numerous times for
battery and child abuse. Is he good enough to have custody of such child?

If he's good enough to support the child, YES. Perhaps they ought to
reconsider their position on "child support".
