Default hormones?

What hormones do you have alot of when your nursing? I'm asking because I
get seizures before my period and I know it has to do with the estrogen
levels before my period. Since I've been nursing I haven't had any.
Progesterone is supposed to help. I was just curious.

Prolactin.

Estrogen suppresses breastfeeding and is not present in large amounts while
lactational amenorrhea is ongoing.

you have elevated levels of oxytocin and prolactin. You generally
have lower estrogen levels, especially if you are ammenorheic. You
can keep your estrogen levels lower by continuing to nurse at night
and by eliminating artificial nighttime lighting. Lowered body fat
lowers estrogen in many cases.

progesterone = "pro gestate" and is generally associated with lower
estrogen.
