To have failed in some areas is not to have failed in all.

How many states failed in all areas audited?

By how much of the required score?

Why should we continue with failed, bloated, unaccountable systems?

We shouldn't. But then you lie about accountability, as is proven by
the audits, by the attention from the media, by our very posting on
the subject here, and most states have both internal audits by non
department sources, as well as the federal audit.

And according to all the reputable, and objective measures by
organizations such as PEW, and even recently in this ng, by NASW, one
of the major proplems is LACK of funding, understaffing, caseload
excesses, need for more training workers can't find time for, and risk
to workers on safety issues.

DCF in FL illustrates that Regier is practicing cronyism, corruption,
and
craft.
