Default Big reduction in wet nappies - why?

Kami is over the chickenpox now, except for the cough. He woke with a dry
nappy/diaper this morning after nursing throught the night (he usually wakes
very wet even after a change halfway through night), and has had two not
very wet nappies through the day. Other than that he seems happy, but I am
worried. He has pooped once today.

Maybe he got just a wee bit dehydrated during the illness and needed to
catch up.
