mini rant

Im coming down with something I fear and its the last thing I need with
everything going on. I have been frozen cold all evening even though I have
got the heating on full but im still cold and im starting to feel a bad
throat coming on and sniffles.....grrrr hope it dont get to rotten and dont
last for long....

It could be stress. Try to go easy on yourself now.

After looking on google and finding a website it is highly likely that it is
the onset of mastitis, I have just spoken to the midwife who agrees it could
be mastitis but because I am not that tender or havnt got red nipples we are
not 100% sure. There is a lot of flu going about at the moment so it could
just be a flu bug and actually I am kinda hoping that it is just a flu bug.
Time will tell I suppose!!!! She has also told me to up my breast expressing
to 6 times a day rather than just 3 so I better go fetch my pump and start
pumping
