Default Anti-Standards Movement?

I've recently been researching the rationale and down falls of
Standardized testing within the U.S. and it has led me to become very
Anti-Standards. Everyone I have talked to within education-
professors, teachers, college education majors- has claimed to feel
the same way. So I was curious to see how parents are feeling? Do you
think standardized tests are working for your children or not?
