Default Sleeping Problems

My dd (13months) is usually a great sleeper, She normally wakes at 6.00am
and it back in bed for a morning sleep by 9.00am till about 11.00am . Then
again at about 3.00pm. Her normal bedtime is about 6-6.30pm. For the past 2
days She has been haveing one sleep a day generally her morning one.
Although she is very tired she just refuses to have a sleep. By 5:30pm she
is ready for bed and can barley keep her eyes open. Which I thought ok
she'll just go to bed earlier now. But 2 nights in a row she has been waking
at midnight for I try a bottle she will drink about half of it but then
instead of going to sleep she wants to play. Last night I was up from 12
till about 1.30 on and off as I kept settling her and then putting her back
into her cot. Every 15 mins I was getting up to her. I am exhausted and am
not keen for this to be her new routine does anyone have any ideas. She
dosen't appear to be in pain with her teething so I don't think its that,
however I do give her some bonjella just in case. Today I intend on having
a huge sleep!

Thanks in advance

Most babies seem to consolidate down to one nap at about
this age, but it's usually the afternoon nap, not the morning
one. I'd be trying hard to move toward an afternoon nap. I'd
try to get out of the house and do interesting things during the
morning, then eat an early lunch, and then to bed. You can
gradually move lunch back to it's normal time and hopefully
you'll achieve a consistent afternoon nap that's late enough
to tide her over until her bedtime.

Best wishes,
Ericka
