Girl unhurt in 'escape' plunge from 2nd floor

UNION CITY - A 7-year-old foster child is lucky to be alive after she
jumped from a second-story window yesterday and landed on a pizzeria
awning, officials said.

When police arrived at 9:20 a.m. yesterday, the girl was stuck in the
awning of Termini's Pizzeria, on Bergenline Avenue near 40th Street,
police said.

A pizzeria employee used a stepladder to reach the girl and he held her
until firefighters arrived and brought her down, officials said.

Police said the girl had been placed with a new foster mom Tuesday and
that the woman told them she had to stay awake all night because the
girl kept trying to flee the second-floor apartment. While making
breakfast, the woman heard people screaming and saw the girl had taken
the bars out of the window, police said.

When the woman looked out the window, she saw the girl 15 feet below,
wedged in the awning that was partially broken by the impact, police said.

The girl was taken to a hospital as a precaution, but she had no obvious
injuries, police said.

Imagine that, 6.4 children die at the hands of the very agencies that
are supposed to protect them and only 1.5 at the hands of parents per
100,000 children. CPS perpetrates more abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse
and kills more children then parents in the United States. If the
citizens of this country hold CPS to the same standards that they hold
parents too. No judge should ever put another child in the hands of ANY
government agency because CPS nationwide is guilty of more harm and
death than any human being combined. CPS nationwide is guilty of more
human rights violations and deaths of children then the homes from which
they were removed. When are the judges going to wake up and see that
they are sending children to their death and a life of abuse when
children are removed from safe homes based on the mere opinion of a
bunch of social workers.

What? I have said that just as there are crazy bio parents out
there, there are also crazy foster parents. There is a crazy man in
the White House. There are crazy postal workers. There are crazy
people on this group even. I won't bash bio parents as a whole. I
won't bash foster parents as a whole. I won't bash the United States
of America. I don't bash the post office because as a whole they do a
fine job. Some of the crazy people on this group deserve to get
bashed. That last one is an exception. I hate to hear when any kid
gets abused but that girl wasn't abused because she had a foster mom.
She was abused because her foster mom is crazy. Andrea Yates kids
didn't get killed because of a foster mom. They got killed because
their mom was crazy.

Greg's been convicted twice for abusing his mentally ill (ex) wife. He did
some serious jail time over it.

Since he got out he caused his girlfriend to lose custody of her seven year
old daughter due to his abuse.

The little girl was removed in Feb of 2001 and the mother hasn't regained
custody since.

Maybe greg would like to talk about that with you.

Thats true, maybe he would like to detail his ideas on showering his
girlfriends daughter in cold water for wetting accidents, hanging out
in the bathroom while the 6-7 year old showered to "hand her a towel"
or putting her out in the cold , no shoes, coat or socks in a January
winter.

Where's the BEEF?

The fact that Foster contractors go through
rigorous government testing and evaluation
and PASS yet still abuse children at a very
high rate reveals that the testing is basically a hoax.

The ability of caseworkers to predict future abuse
is a bunch of BS.

If they can't even screen effectively among Fosters,
who willingly undergo rigorous testing and evals,
what makes you think the same stuff would
work when they are IMPOSING it on unwilling targets?
