Divorced in Florida. Child support always paid to Florida (by Court order).
Ex moves to Alabama and files claim with CSB for non-payment (10 years
worth - yikes!). Ex moves to Rhode Island. One year after ex leaves Alabama
they sends me a bill for the full amount as if I had never paid a cent and
they report me to ALL 3 major credit reporting agencies. They will not
respond to the facts that they never had jurisdiction and that the ex left
Alabama. Any ideas how to get this "fixed?" Fair Credit Reporting Act
appears to cover only "consumer" credit.

Do you have proof of payment? If yes, then how could she report for
non-payment? I think you need a good attorney. Preferably, a female who
has worked her ass to the grind to get thru school and advance in the
workforce - and at the same time, maintain a household.
