Mom: It's hard to get by on $2,000 a month
http://www.suburbanchicagonews.com/s...HER_S10803.htm
"She spends $1,000 a month on baby formula alone, he added." Don't you just love people who tell blatant lies in court? If I were Urlacher, I would demand that she provide receipts for the $1000 of baby formula, or perhaps hire an expert to testify that feeding $1000 worth of baby formula to a child in one month is tantamount to child abuse. When it's proved that she lied or abused, I would then request that the court find that liars and abuser are unfit for custody and award full custody, and child support, to Urlacher. |

That child eats a lot. Maybe she should be having the baby on her tit. |

She could buy 6-8oz cans of ready to feed baby formula fortified with iron for $9.85. For $1,000 she can get 609-8 oz cans. If that kid is real hungry he can guzzle over 20 cans per day at that rate. The family law attorneys lie so frequently they don't take the time to figure out their absurd claims don't pass the smell test. |

You are right - the lies work! Back in the dark ages of my court appearances my ex's attorney told the court my ex had $83 per month in uninsured healthcare costs for our children and so she needed extra CS money. I tried to show the judge the children would have to have $415 per month in total healthcare costs at 80% reimbursement coverage to end up with $83 per month of uninsured healthcare expenses. The judge would not accept the fact there was no evidence the children had major illnesses or medical conditions that required that level of healthcare. But the judge added an extra $67 per month onto my CS payments to cover the phony-baloney expense. |

The kourt folks are WELL aware of the truth. They simply play along with the lies because they know that the ignorant will buy into it. Not that it really matters because they have carte blanche to rule any way they deem fit; and NOBODY can legally prevent it. I have often said "Why even have a trial? All they have to do is make an instant ruling." The kourt procedure is nothing more than a charade........... but for WHO? |
