First Amendment Violation

I was in our JDR Courthouse this morning (since it's DCSE day in our
County) handing out letters from the Virginia State Bar to a non-
attorney DCSE employee who is signing motions for rules to show cause
in our jurisdiction. I was handing the letters out to NCPs and all of
a sudden a deputy came out of a court room and said one of the judges
ordered me out of the courthouse.

Ostensinbly, I was ordered to leave because I was told I was
loitering...I know, however, that the DCSE employee who was standing
there knew I was handling out letters accusing a buddy of the
Unauthorized Practice of Law and was rather indignent about it.

Ordinarily, I would have made them arrest me, but I haven't asked my
wife for permission to engage in any type of civil disobedience,
except for suing DCSE. But since I can get out local prosecutor to
move against DCSE for the UPL criminal violations, this may get them
to have to do so.
