First Amendment. The First Amendment is not designed to protect popular
speech, but the most vile speech. When a case is in court and the First
Amendment is in issue, you can rest assured that it is most likely
defending the vilest of speech.

However, antisemitism is morally repugnant.

Then how is it Ernst Zundel got deported? I believe he's now facing
charges
in Germany.

He was deported from the US to Canada for overstaying his visa.

Zundel was deported to Canada by U.S. officials for visa violations in
early 2003 and deported to Germany in March, 2005 to answer for
violations of German law.

The only crimes he committed in the USA were visa violations, not hate
crimes.

Personally, I would prefer it if no country would incarcerate these
swine, since it gives the swine and their lackeys something to whine about.

Let the speak out in the open and spew their hate. Makes it easier to
identify them.
