Ben's 6 month WBV
15.2 (8%)and 26.8 inches (51%) (although Marilyn thinks he looks
longer and the nurse mismeasured him) His ear is a little red but the fluid is clear and she thinks it's viral. So we're watching it. His lungs are clear (he had bronchitis last week). She thinks he is great! Very strong and well ahead of the curve with motor skills-she predicts an early walker and I agree. He is very alert and interactive and she had a great time playing with him:-) She doesn't think he is underweight or small she thinks he is perfect and will continue to be long and lean because he is so active. She has no issues with his refusal to eat solids, he'll get around to it. He will eat finger food (gums the little tiny chunks I give him) but won't have anything to do with mush (we've tried rice cereal, squash, carrots, sweet potato, applesauce and pears all rejected). So for now it's mamma milk and a little bit of finger food here and there (he won't eat pureed carrots but he'll eat micro-chunks of cooked carrot-he won't eat applesauce but he'll eat softened microchunks of apple).
