Hello, my 3 day old son feeds for only five to ten minutes off one breast
latches himself off and then falls asleep for a couple of hours. I am not
worried he has plenty of dirty nappies and is very contented but I do find
it weird.

DS number one would latch on untill I took him off, every time and would
stay there indefinitely if I didn't. He was constantly sucking.

Is this sort of quick feeding common? BTW I am well aware how changeable
they are in the first weeks and I imagine things will change any day!

BTW. I have been posting here while pregnant about my PND with no1 and my
hopes to breastfeed number 2 longer, if anyone remembers me. Well it's all
going really well, I already feel bonded with baby and am really enjoying
feeding him :-)
