knowingly uses an unsafe drug and it is proven that they knew it would
cause more harm then good, The people in charge should be on death
row. Do you have a problem with that kind of law?

They saved 12,000 lives and lost 11. *Does that sound like more harm
was done than good? *Is 99.9% success so terrible? *Does 99.9% success
justify a witch-hunt?

know, from further research) that Pfizer tested the drug on 100 people
and 11 of them died.

The epidemic killed some 15,000 people overall.

There is a law in place already. That is why no drug, even Vioxx, etc.
have ever caused more harm than good. Some have caused more harm than
expected when in general use, and they were pulled from the market.

For one thing, I oppose the death penalty. I do not think it is a
deterrent, and with the courts letting out so many people these days who
were convicted although they were innocent, the system is defective and
we could wind up killing innocent people.

We already have the laws we need.

The drug trial is charged with killing 11.

The two numbers aren't comparable unless you know how effective the
antibiotic was and how many total were in the trial.
